1. USERS

Accessing and/or using this portal confers the status of USER, who, from that access onwards, accepts these Terms and Conditions set out here. These Terms and Conditions will apply regardless of any General Booking Terms that may also be binding.

2. USE OF THE PORTAL

Viajes Jaipur provides access to a wide range of information, services, content, programs or data (hereinafter, "the content" and/or "the services") on the Internet belonging to Viajes Jaipur or to its licensors, to which the USER may have access.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In that registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. 5. CONTRACTING THROUGH THE WEBSITE

To make any booking and subsequent contract, where applicable, through the website, the user must first read and accept the General Booking Terms. Once these have been accepted, and the other documentation applicable to the booked reservation has been completed and accepted, and the corresponding payment has been made, we will complete the transaction as soon as possible.

If, due to certain circumstances, we are unable to complete the orders placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and seek your authorisation to attempt the transaction again.

When you make a transaction through our platform, we may send you a confirmation email with details of the transaction. Check that the details in the confirmation message are correct as soon as possible and keep a copy for your records.

In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct that error and revise your order accordingly (including charging the correct price) or cancel the transaction and refund any amount charged.

6. MODIFICATIONS

Viajes Jaipur reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to the portal, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

7. LINKS

In the event that Viajes Jaipur includes links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Viajes Jaipur will not exercise any kind of control over such sites and content.
